Damn good value for money well rounded good red
Like the label it's got a bit of everything in there, and it works. It works really well. Paired well with many dishes; pasta, antipasto, cheese, ragu, bbq. I prefer it just after work or for a catch up with friends.
I'm a big fan of wines that do interesting, generous Aussie fruit without totally dismissing texture. That's what we've got here - rich, black/blue fruits with eucalyptus notes hanging over. Typical of this winery, its held together by an Italian table-wine chewiness that'll work with food. Not going to make you climb a mountain and sing, but I think if you can't enjoy this you're just a bit of a grinch, or French.
Soft and full flavoured.
Interesting flavours and good spice to it.
Great bold flavours. Another glass, please.
Cherry on the nose. Velvet on the tongue. Full bodied and vibrant
Soft and delicate, flavourful and very very drinkable.
Sharp wine with a nice kick
Fantastic blend. Begins as rustic and tempestuous; then manages to settle quickly on the palette, maintaining a subtle boisterousness, yet tempered politeness with the grenache velvet glove. Articulation of a thoughtful and purposeful blend. Superb.
Brings me back to my time in italia. Full of flavour but fresh enough for a few glasses.
Brings me back to my days in Italy. Wish more wine was made like this. So easy to drink.
Confusing, disjointed and over priced
In your face flavour! One I would definitely buy!
Who doesn't love a few gringos, or jingos rather
Great rich blend of some of my favourites. Could drink this every night of the week.
